With a minimum order quantity of just 24 pieces, you get quality headwear with a low minimum quantity requirement. Pricing includes up to 10,000 stitches with one location of either flat or 3D embroidery. And, as always, Cap America offers free digitizing!
What will our lead time for these styles be?
Only 8-10 days after proof approval! This timeline includes any additional time needed for receiving and decorating, ensuring a seamless transition from sourcing to shipment.
What if an order needs to be canceled?
While we aim to meet every need, cancellations do incur a 15% restocking fee on the total order.
Is there a damage allowance?
Yes, we offer a 5% damage allowance policy. This reflects our dedication to quality assurance.
Can I purchase blanks in your Retail Brand styles
At this time, we’re not offering blanks in our Retail Brand styles. Instead, we’re focused on delivering a seamless, all-in-one solution by offering styles you would normally need to ship to us to decorate.
What if an exact quantity is needed?
We do our best to fulfill exact quantities, but a 5% variance is typical. If exact quantities are a must, simply note it on your purchase order. An additional charge of $40.00(A) applies.
Will we offer free spec samples on Retail Brand styles?
At this time, free spec samples are not available for any Retail Brand style.
