Salvation Army

The Madison County Salvation Army provides assistance to the homeless, the hungry, at-risk youth, veterans, seniors and anyone else who knocks on its door and asks for help. Chairman Phil Page is a member of the local Salvation Army Board. All donations will directly benefit Madison County families as 85% of everything that is raised actually stays in our county.

United Organizations of Madison County Christmas Project

At Cap America, we strive to relieve some of the struggle families encounter during the holiday season. Each year, Cap America employees provided gifts for over 50 children from the community.

Madison County Caring Council

Community Outreach Coordinator Maria Weekley serves as a member of the Madison County Caring Council. The Caring Council is a network of individuals from various companies and agencies that are working together to help meet the needs of individuals in the community.

Chamber of Commerce

Cap America is a Premier Member of the Chamber of Commerce in Madison County, where the company resides, as well as a member of St Francis County.

Salvation Army

Workforce Development Board

HR Director, Sarah Burgin is a member of the Workforce Development Board (WDB). The WDB strives to provide job seekers with gainful employment and allow them to become self-sufficient individuals. They also seek to provide businesses with a skilled, trained workforce to compete successfully in the global economy.

Fredericktown R-1 Educational Foundation

Phil Page, CEO serves as President of the Board for the Fredericktown Educational Foundation. The Fredericktown Educational Foundation is a non-profit corporation that assists the Fredericktown R-1 school district with providing state-of-the-art educational environments for students.

Scholarship/Tuition Reimbursement

Cap America supports higher education for those that wish to pursue it. The Cap America College Assistance Program (C.A.P) provides financial assistance to employees that wish to return to school and children of employees that are just beginning their college careers. Cap America offers a tuition reimbursement program, which is available to any full-time employee that wishes to obtain an undergraduate degree.

Cap America Also Supports:

Other organizations include The Southeast Missouri Family Violence Council, Madison County Feed the Families, Fredericktown Police Department, Madison County Buddy Ball League, Madison County Health Department, and Children's Advocacy Center of East Central Missouri.
