EMBROIDERY MINIMUMS
A minimum embroidery order consists of no less than 24 pieces. All orders that are less than these minimums will be assessed a Less Than Minimum(LTM) charge of $50.00(A).

- Side or Back Panel Embroidery: Up to 5,000 stitches of flat embroidery
- Across Back Seam Embroidery (ABS): Up to 5,000 stitches of flat embroidery
- Fabric Strap Embroidery: Up to 3,500 stitches and 1 color
Rush Charges
Rush order charge for less than 5 days production, 30% total order.*Splitting bulk vendor orders $40.00 (A) per split.
3D Embroidery
$6.50 (A) added to decorated price.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
2% damage allowance with a minimum of 1 piece for at embroidery. 10% damage allowance with a minimum of 1 piece for 3D embroidery. If exact quantity is needed, sending over per size is recommended. Contact customer service for current production schedule.
Maximum enlargement or reduction of any supplied embroidery tape is 20% of the original size.

Cap America is committed to minimizing spoilage and maintaining the highest standards in headwear decoration. However, we reserve the right to impose a no-spoilage allowance on certain high-end brands of headwear, meaning the distributor or dealer will bear full responsibility for any loss incurred. While Cap America prides itself on being a leading headwear decorator, we cannot assume liability for branded headwear that significantly exceeds the value of our decoration services.
