Cap America, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Amanda Stevens to Training and Development Specialist. Amanda has been with Cap America since June 2022, starting as a Quality Control Inspector and later advancing to Quality Control Trainer in May 2024. In her new role, Amanda will help further develop the company’s training programs, fostering talent and ensuring the continued success of the team.

Amanda’s growth at Cap America has been marked by her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and exceptional ability to build strong relationships. Known for her friendly and helpful nature, she has consistently gone above and beyond in every role. Her colleagues and supervisors alike have praised her for her ability to step in and provide support wherever needed, and her work ethic has consistently been a source of inspiration for the entire team.
