Cindy began her journey as a Customer Service Representative, quickly earning a reputation for her positive attitude and strong work ethic. She was promoted to Account Executive in 2016 and has built lasting relationships and delivered top-tier service.

In her new role, Cindy will use her experience to mentor and develop new and existing employees, enhancing the skills of the customer service team. Her leadership and knowledge of Cap America’s services will be invaluable in strengthening the team’s capabilities.
